More About Me

Taking Care of the Details

I have always been straightforward and honest. I know that a good Realtor doesn’t just sell houses. A good Realtor listens to the client’s needs, wants and dreams, and does the work to accomplish those goals. It may be researching the market to find properties that fit the client’s criteria or create a Comparative Market Analysis to determine the value of a house to be sold. Once the client decides to make a move, the Realtor’s job is to make the entire transaction a pleasurable experience. I want you to feel like you are my only client, and know that I am here to help you, holding your needs and goals above all others. My commitment to you is that I will work tirelessly to address every question, need, and concern that may arise. I pledge that I will listen carefully to understand your goals and needs, ensuring that I help you meet them. I bring tenacious attention to detail, integrity, and diligent customer service. I will hold your interests above all others and defend your dollars and dreams like my own.

Training and Qualifications

I hold myself to a high standard of service and professionalism and take seriously the importance of being the most qualified Realtor that you can employ. I understand that my continued education helps me help you. I am a CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert). In addition to this extensive, formal training in effective negotiations, I have a great deal of negotiation experience. I have negotiated countless challenging situations and understand the finer points of early positioning and achieving my clients’ goals with accuracy and grace. I have also earned the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. I have worked closely for many years with building contractors, electricians and other trade specialists. It is easy for me to walk into a house and in a short period of time determine the build integrity as well as the quality of workmanship. I have also earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation, that gives me the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. My commitment to continuing education guarantees that I provide the best information and guidance.

My Life Beyond Real Estate

During my free time I like to fly, ride my Harley, hike, do woodworking and collect antique electric trains and radios. In addition, one of my mottos is "If you’re not living on the edge you are taking up too much space." I have had the pleasure of flying a biplane from Anchorage, AK to Spitsbergen Norway with a stop at the North Pole. I have also white water rafted in the Grand Canyon, driven a Harley from Key West, FL to Fairbanks, AK, sky dived and para sailed.
